I'm a PhD Psychologist with more than three decades of experience in helping people find lasting freedom from anxiety, depression and persistent pain.
This course begins with 'One Week To Calm', seven short meditations to help control your thoughts and emotion, increase confidence and help you to sleep better. We then move on to longer meditations 'Breathing In Colour' and 'The Mindful Body Scan' to help immerse yourself more fully into the experience of being 'you'. New meditations are added every month, building into a complete programme of personal practice.
